1. What we collect
For school owners and staff: name, email, school details, and what you create in the console. For students: name, email and their activity in a school (purchases, progress). Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by us.
2. Why we use it
To run the service, sign you in, deliver purchases, send receipts and important notices, keep the platform secure and prevent abuse.
3. Who sees it
A school's students and staff data is visible to that school's staff according to their roles. We use service providers for sign-in, email, payments and hosting, who process data on our behalf. We do not sell personal data.
4. Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data. School owners are responsible for their students' data in their school and can contact us to help with such requests.
5. Keeping data
We keep data while an account is active and for a reasonable time afterwards, for example to meet accounting duties, then delete or anonymise it.
