Terms of use
Last updated: 1 October 2026
1. The service
Saber Digital lets you create a school, publish courses and digital products, and sell them to your students. These terms apply to everyone who creates an account.
2. Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account. The person who owns an account manages its plan and billing.
3. Plans, trial and payment
New accounts start with a free trial. After that, access depends on a paid plan. Prices and limits are shown on the pricing page. If a plan is not paid on time you get one day of grace, then the console becomes read-only for three days, then your schools are taken offline until the plan is paid. Your data is kept during that time.
You can cancel at any time; the plan then ends at the end of the period already paid.
4. Your content and your students
You keep ownership of your content. You are responsible for having the right to publish it and for your dealings with your students, including refunds and what you promise them. Money from your students goes to the payment accounts you connect.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to infringe other people's rights, to distribute malware, or to interfere with the service or other schools.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may change the service and these terms; we will tell you about important changes.
