Questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets 14 days on the Growth plan, with no card needed.
What happens when my trial or plan ends?
You get one day of grace. After that your console is read-only for three days while your students keep full access. If the plan is still unpaid, your school sites go offline. Your data is kept, and paying brings everything back at once.
How do I pay Saber Digital?
By card (renews automatically), by M-Pesa for each period, or by bank transfer, which we confirm when the money arrives.
How do my students pay me?
With the methods you connect in Settings: M-Pesa, card or bank transfer. You use your own accounts, and the money goes straight to you.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes. Upgrades apply at once with credit for the unused time. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the paid period.
Is there a yearly price?
Yes: pay for ten months and get twelve.
